Carers Support

Are You a Carer?

If you are please let us know - we may be able to help you.

We keep a Carers' Register at the practice and can add your name to this in order to provide you with offers of support.

We invite carers to attend specific carer events and also a health check at the surgery, which involves an appointment with one of our practice nurses and a separate appointment with a representative from Carer Support Wiltshire.

  • Carers Lead at the practice - Mrs Andrea Popli
  • Deputy Carers Lead - Ms Alison Vennard
