Flu and COVID vaccinations for autumn-winter 2025/26

Our COVID vaccination clinics at the surgery have now ended. We are still able to give flu vaccinations.
Eligible patients can still obtain a COVID vaccination elsewhere, by visting the NHS website or telephoning 119 to book an appointment.

Please find details below regarding eligibility for this season's campaign, as there have been changes since last autumn, and links to further information about the vaccinations.

Flu vaccinations

We will be able to vaccinate patients in the following eligibility groups:

From 1st September 2025 

    • pregnant women 
    • children aged 2 or 3 years on 31 August 2025
    • children with certain long-term health conditions (aged 6 months to less than 18 years) 
    • children in clinical risk groups aged from 6 months to under 18 years 

From 1st October 2025 

    • everyone aged 65 years and over 
    • individuals aged 18 to under 65 with certain long-term health conditions 
    • care home residents 
    • carers in receipt of carer's allowance, or those who are the main carer of an elderly or disabled person 
    • those living with people who are immunocompromised 
    • frontline health and social care workers

The following groups are eligibile this campaign:

From 1st October 2025

    • adults aged 75 years and over
    • residents in care homes for older adults
    • individuals who are immunosuppressed aged 6 months and over
