Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.

Our extremely experienced and helpful local Health Visitor is Mrs Claire Robinson who works in tandem with our equally able Nursery Nurse Mrs Julie Spurway.

From the beginning of December 2018, Health Visitor drop-in clinics are run at the surgery on the 1st Thursday of every month between 10:30am - 12pm.

Health Visitor clinics are also held in Chippenham at:
- Kings Rise Children's Centre on Mondays between 1pm - 2:30pm
- Spring Rise Children's Centre on Thursdays between 11am - 12:30pm

Please contact them via reception or directly on 01249 783927 (voicemail).
